STEP 12 – HEAD TENSION

broken image

Poor circulation and heart health can affect many systems of the body. Your brain needs a healthy delivery of oxygen and nutrients, and the efficient removal of toxins, to function well.

If blood circulation to the brain is sluggish it can impair mental abilities, such as concentration and focus, and can lead to episodes of dizziness, fatigue, memory loss, and frequent, unexplained episodes of HEAD TENSION.

Essential Oils that relax and calm and help to dilate blood vessels can, in turn, help support feelings of discomfort from head tension. These include:

• Frankincense

• Peppermint

• Siberian Fir

• Copaiba

• Tension Blend

• Soothing Blend

• Massage Blend

TENSION BLEND is a proprietary mix of Essential Oils known for their calming and balancing properties. It contains Wintergreen, Lavender, Peppermint, Frankincense, Cilantro, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Basil, and Rosemary Essential Oils, giving it a fresh, minty, herbal aroma. These oils can soothe the mind and relax the body and its convenient 10ml roller bottle means it can be used at home, work, or school.

PRACTICAL USES

• Massage into shoulders, neck, and back for a cooling, soothing sensation.

• Add to temples and back of neck before taking a test or presenting in public.
